All orders placed BEFORE 5:00pm will be shipped that day via the shipping method selected. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.

We offer the following delivery methods:

STANDARD UK SHIPPING: 2/3 Working Days            

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please allow 7-10 working days.

Royal Mail is our main courier service and all orders are sent signed for.

Our working days are Monday to Saturday, therefore orders will not be shipped on Sunday’s and will be shipped out on the Monday after each weekend.

Please note: These delivery times are provided by Royal Mail as a guideline and we do not have any control over this. If we are aware of any delays that may occur with the delivery of your parcel, we will always try to let you know.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Sarah Styles accepts returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached.

Please note: for any items returned, you will only receive a refund for the goods returned and not the cost of the delivery/postage.

To notify us of a return, please email with your online order number and please detail if you would like to return and be refunded or exchange your item for a different size if available. We will then provide you with the necessary returns address. 

When posting parcels back to us, please ensure you use a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.

Once we have received your return, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.

We will send you a confirmation email once the return has been processed and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the goods do not qualify of a return. 

If you receive an item that is faulty, please make us aware of this in the first instance. After one month, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.


Items purchased from the SALE are non refundable.


If you would like to exchange an item to equal value or less, please request this and specify what style and which size you would like to exchange for. We will post out exchanged items free of charge thus covering those postage costs.
